Pricing: All prices for our services are subject to your brand, startup, and/or business’ requirement; our service packages/plans are mentioned on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Payments must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds: We are committed to providing high-quality content services. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Social Satan for content-related services are non-refundable. Once a service has been purchased, we allocate resources and dedicate time to delivering customised solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As such, refunds are not possible, even if a client chooses not to use the service after purchasing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If terminated by the client, fees for services rendered up to the termination date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Satan and Snick Media Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the services. The client assumes responsibility for their use of the services and content provided.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Satan and Snick Media Private Limited from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Confidentiality

We prioritise client confidentiality. Information shared during service provision will be protected and only used to fulfil contractual obligations. However, we may disclose information for our proof of work, case studies, and/or if required by law or to protect our rights.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and differences whatsoever between us and you (or your company) arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be referred to arbitration in Indore, India or such other place as we may decide, under the prevailing Indian law of arbitration. The arbitrator shall be appointed by us.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Social Satan regarding the use of our website and services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
